Rage is one of the most repressed emotional experiences of the feminine. Women learn to fully repress it or only express it passively in certain scenarios; through sarcasm or small facial expressions. The world witnesses women package it away neatly, in a tidy little box / there sits the emotion we do not have access to / are not allowed to access.

We forget, are intentionally made to ignore / that rage is a flag for change. It signals injustice, it signals care, it signals that something must change. Accessing rage is the direct line to our collective healing
